SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages that Gulf Coast Realty Media, LLC, doing business as Gulf Coast Brand Builders ("we", "us"), sends from our own number. They go with our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. What the program is

Our texting program sends messages to people who ask us to. The messages are:

These are informational and transactional messages. We do not send promotional marketing texts through this program.

2. How you sign up

You sign up by texting us at (941) 909-8886. If you are a client, you sign up by giving us your mobile number during onboarding and agreeing to get account texts. When you do either, you agree to get text messages from Gulf Coast Brand Builders at that number.

Giving us your phone number in our website contact form is not a sign-up for texts. We use a number from the contact form to call you or reply by email.

3. How often we text

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and your account.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. We will send one message to confirm, and then you will get no more texts from us. To join again, text START.

7. Texting is optional

Agreeing to get texts is not a condition of buying anything from us or of getting any service from us. You can reach us by phone or email instead.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery depends on your carrier and your signal, and we cannot promise a message will arrive.

9. Who can sign up

The program is for U.S. mobile numbers. You must be at least 18 and be the person who uses the number.

10. Your information

We use your mobile number only to text you about your request or your account. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

11. Texts from our clients' numbers

Our clients also use our platform to text their own customers, from the client's own number. The client sends those texts and sets their own rules, and they are not part of this program. To stop texts from a client's number, reply STOP to that number. Contact the business directly with any other question.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change affects how you get texts, we will tell you before it takes effect.
