Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Gulf Coast Realty Media, LLC, doing business as Gulf Coast Brand Builders ("we", "us"), collects when you visit gcbrandbuilders.com, contact us, text with us, or buy one of our plans. It also explains what we do with that information and what choices you have. It sits beside our Terms of Service at gcbrandbuilders.com/terms.
1. Who we are
Gulf Coast Realty Media, LLC, doing business as Gulf Coast Brand Builders
Lakewood Ranch, Florida · (941) 909-8886 · info@gcbrandbuilders.com · gcbrandbuilders.com
We help small service businesses run their website, inbox, phone number and customer follow-up. That means we handle information about three groups of people: visitors to our site, our clients (the business owners), and our clients' own customers.
2. What we collect
From visitors and people who contact us. If you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), which kind of help you want, and the message you write. If you text us, we collect your mobile number and what you write. Your browser also sends us basic technical details automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. Our hosting provider may keep those details in server logs.
From clients. To build and run your plan we collect your business name and legal name, business address, website and domain, logo and photos, list of services, and the name, email and phone of the people who work with us. To register your phone number for texting, we also collect your EIN and the contact details of your authorized representative, because the phone carriers require them. Payments are taken by our payment processor, (Stripe, through HighLevel), so we do not see or keep your full card number. We also keep our emails and texts with you, notes from our conversations, and records of how your account is used.
About our clients' customers. When you use your plan, you put your own customers' information into our systems: names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages and review requests. We handle that information for you and under your instructions. See Section 9.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- answer your questions, set up calls and follow up on what you asked for
- build, run, support and bill your plan
- register your business and phone number with the carriers
- send service messages, such as account notices, billing notices and changes to your plan
- keep our systems secure and prevent fraud and misuse
- keep the records the law requires and respond to legal requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it or trade it. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
4. Mobile information and text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
We also do not sell or share your mobile number, or the record that you agreed to get texts from us, with any third party for their marketing. We use your mobile number only to text you about your request or your account. If you text us, you may get text replies from us at that number. The full rules for our texting program, including how to stop it, are in our SMS Terms.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Our system records when you agreed and when you opted out, so we can honor your choice. We keep those records for at least 4 years.
If you got a text from one of our clients, that business sent it, using our platform. See Section 9.
5. Who else handles your information
We use other companies to run our services. They may use your information only to do their job for us. We share information with:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector). Our customer system. It holds contacts, forms, calendars, email and texting, and it sends texts and emails for us.
- Google. Our business email, calendar and documents. If you use a Google service with us, such as your Google Business Profile, Google also receives what that service needs.
- Phone carriers and carrier registration systems. They deliver text messages. When we register your number, they receive your business details (legal name, address, EIN, website and sample messages).
- Vercel. It hosts gcbrandbuilders.com and processes the contact form on its servers.
- Stripe, our payment processor, through HighLevel. It takes payment and holds your payment details.
- Telegram. We use it for internal alerts, so a new contact-form message reaches us quickly.
- AI service providers built into our platform. Some features draft text with AI, such as replies to reviews. The content needed for the draft, for example the text of a review, goes to the provider.
- Our internal business tools, such as our task and team messaging apps (ClickUp and Slack).
- Our accountant and our lawyer, when they need it to do their work.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or our systems, or if our company is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our checkout pages come from HighLevel and may set cookies that make them work. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this section first.
7. How long we keep information
- Website inquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, if you do not become a client.
- Clients: while your plan is active. After you cancel we keep your account data for 90 days so you can ask for your exports (see our Terms, Section 6), then we delete it, except what we must keep as described below.
- Consent and opt-out records for texting: at least 4 years.
- Billing and tax records: as long as the law requires.
8. Security
We limit who can open your information, and we use the security features of the services listed in Section 5. No system is perfectly safe. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop texts or emails to you
Email info@gcbrandbuilders.com or call (941) 909-8886. We may need to confirm who you are first. We will answer within 30 days.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any text from us. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us.
If you are a client, you can also ask us for your contact list and website files, as described in Section 6 of our Terms.
If you are a customer of one of our clients, that business decides what is done with your information. We act on its instructions. Contact the business directly with requests, or contact us and we will pass your request to them. To stop texts from that business, reply STOP to its number.
10. Children
Our services are for adults and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites
Our site may link to other websites. We do not control them and this policy does not cover them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. If we make a change that matters to our clients, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, the same as for our Terms.
